Before coming to The Phoenix
Foundation Mr. Stuart was president
of Data Storage, Inc. a document imaging company based in
Honolulu, Hawaii. He has a BA in Mathematics from the University of Texas,
Austin, a Masters Degree in Ed. Psy. from
the University of Hawaii and an MS in Systems
Management from the University of Southern California.

GEORGE ABBOTT

Mr Abbott is a member of the
Nevada Bar, with Law Offices in Minden,
Nevada. He received his Law Degree from the
University of Nebraska, practiced in Washington DC and served
as General Counsel to the Department of the Interior of the United
States until being appointed as the Assistant Secretary of Interior for
Public Land Management. He now practices law in the
State of Nevada and has notably argued cases before State and
Federal Superior Courts.

HAMILTON

to Mr Hamilton's
serving as Secretary of the Phoenix
Foundation, he is also President of
Corporate Headquarters, Ltd. and,
as such, serves as the Foundation's
Registered Agent to the Secretary of
State of Nevada. Mr. Hamilton is a
graduate of Washington State and of
the University of Washington School
of Law and has served as a Judge in
Washington's Municipal and County
Courts for more than 15 years
