The Phoenix Foundation is a Not-For-Profit Charitable Corporation  dedicated  to eradicating disease,  as we know it,   from  this  planet. The Foundation is creating the  worlds   most complete Medical Library.   It is our intention that the Library's information be made freely available via the Internet so that  biological researchers, medical  professionals  and laypersons alike, may have access to the latest medical information.
